Very knowledgeable and professional and one of the best around in my opinion. Respond time lightening quick and always makes you feel at ease with a very friendly manner 10/10 keep up the brilliant work.

I was harassed by Teri Dunning’s emails telling me and pushing me to sell and leave my house with my stuff in time when I was not able to do so! I was explaining this many times to her but she knew better. Complete fail with dealing with disable people who can’t do things fast and in such a stress which can have very serious consequences on health and even life. Very disappointing process Teri Dunning may be nice to others but she was not nice to me. That’s my opinion and I won’t change it because more people can find themselves in my place in the future. She was angry at me, she was pushing me into doing what she wanted me to do no matter what it ment to my health! Then she got revenge on me with no respect when my decision was to defend myself and my health! Immature behavior. I’ve got answer from Pattinson and they are not so nice like this public answer every person can see under my opinion. Pattinson don’t care about people neither for their agent’s behavior only for Pattinson’s business.
8th May 2026 (6 days ago)We can’t praise highly enough, the experience we have had with Lisa Irving and all her colleagues at Rook Matthew’s Sayer, Whitley Bay in purchasing our beautiful new home. From the moment we stepped into the office to register our interest in a new property and were met with Lisa’s lovely smile we couldn’t have been better looked after. We went on to buy the first property that Lisa suggested we look at, which was absolutely perfect for us. We are also selling through RMS Whitley Bay and similarly are enjoying a superior service.

The whole team in Forest Hall were helpful every step of the way, providing updates and patiently answering my questions, and towards the end Nicola really went above and beyond to get my sale over the line. Can't recommend them enough!

3rd May 2026 (11 days ago)Phoned up on a Wednesday afternoon to view a property in Newcastle and was told that the only available slot was noon on the Friday. My husband and I rearranged another appointment, took the day off work and travelled the 1.5 hour journey to Newcastle (we explained at time of booking we weren’t local). 15 mins before scheduled time we got a phone call from the agent to say they hadn’t had a confirmation from the vendor but they were usually in. But guess what - agent turned up and couldn’t get access as there was no one there. Didn’t really apologise - just explained that they thought they had an offer but it fell through so they didn’t confirm our viewing. Totally unprofessional.
