They went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed, even helping with things outside of their remit. They were also exceptional at dealing with the inevitable bumps in the road throughout the process, handling everything professionally and efficiently. Everyone was friendly, approachable, and very easy to work with. Their support and professionalism made the whole experience much smoother.

7th May 2026 (7 days ago)The situation was an urgent one. I needed a place as swift as possible to move in and NGU took the task on by introducing me to a property and arraigning a viewing. Their actions eventually resulted in the tenancy agreement and a contract being signed. Everyone on the team was awesome however, one person was outstanding, Shakil. Shakil was there for me through and through. From the first day of the enquiry till I moved in to the property and even after. I would recommend NGU to friends and family whenever the need arises.

Very smooth transition, excellent communication between conveyancers (who Mansons recommended), tenants and myself. Just over three months from agreement to market prperty to completion of sale. Faultless and to be highly recommended.
