20th Oct 2026 (7 days ago)Sandie and the team were incredible from start to finish. Sandie supported us through ending a tenancy, advising us, and then selling our house. Sandie was extremely knowledgeable, honest and was always on hand when we had questions. We feel Sandie and the team went above and beyond with the service they provided. We had previously had difficulty with estate agents, however Cavendish were wonderful! Thank you all so much for supporting the smooth and quick sale of our house.
25th May 2016 (10 years ago)We found Kings Sevenoaks very helpful from the start of the process with them. As soon as our property had been valued and the details made available the first viewing was taking place the very next day. All the people we had contact with were always helpful and very friendly helping us through a few difficult moments and we would not hesitate in recommend them.
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Just our personal experience, but unfortunately didn’t have a great one with the multiple people we spoke to. Though at first we found them welcoming, as the process went on, we found the communication to be poor. They’d often not accurately, or at all, relay information to the tenant, asked us to agree to terms that weren’t practice, and also became quite forceful and felt like they tried to “guilt trip” us as the process went on. Again, just our experience, however I would avoid working with them in the future as they made an already stressful experience far worse.
