Despite these obstacles, the team remained professional, proactive and supportive at every stage.<br><br>David and Verity were outstanding throughout the purchase process. They consistently kept us informed, responded quickly to queries, and worked tirelessly behind the scenes to help overcome issues as they arose. Their persistence, attention to detail and commitment to ensuring progress was made a significant difference, and we are genuinely grateful for the role they played in helping us successfully complete the purchase.<br><br>On the sale of our property, Oliver and the wider sales team were equally impressive. Sandie was extremely knowledgeable, honest and was always on hand when we had questions. We feel Sandie and the team went above and beyond with the service they provided. We had previously had difficulty with estate agents, however Cavendish were wonderful! Thank you all so much for supporting the smooth and quick sale of our house.

As soon as our property had been valued and the details made available the first viewing was taking place the very next day. All the people we had contact with were always helpful and very friendly helping us through a few difficult moments and we would not hesitate in recommend them.

He is a true professional, which you can feel from the first conversation and house viewing right through to the end. His communication is excellent! He kept us updated all the time and handled our case in a very responsible manner. We definitely recommend Andrews, and specifically Alex. P.S. It was so nice of them to leave us a housewarming note on our first day!

I've had bad experiences with estate agents before, and working with Tim was a relief. He talked straight, kept us informed at every step, and offered invaluable advice to help us navigate the entire process of selling our flat smoothly. His photos were fantastic, great communication and his guidance made a real difference. He genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us.
16th Oct 2026 (11 days ago)Just our personal experience, but unfortunately didn’t have a great one with the multiple people we spoke to. Though at first we found them welcoming, as the process went on, we found the communication to be poor. They’d often not accurately, or at all, relay information to the tenant, asked us to agree to terms that weren’t practice, and also became quite forceful and felt like they tried to “guilt trip” us as the process went on. Again, just our experience, however I would avoid working with them in the future as they made an already stressful experience far worse.

We both bought and sold through them, and the whole experience was professional, friendly and straight forward from start to finish.<br><br>One thing that really stood out to us when choosing an agent was the quality of their property photographs. They present all their houses beautifully and really set themselves apart from the competition.<br><br>Communication throughout was excellent, and we always felt looked after and kept informed. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Damian and Zac. A fantastic service all round x

Both Paul and John-Paul were so patient and happy to answer any questions I had (and I had a lot!)<br><br>I can't recommend them enough if you're looking to buy or sell your property. Oliver is a fantastic agent, really knows his stuff and is extremely passionate. Kelly really does care about her work and is very organised. If you are looking to sell or let in and around the area, give these guys a call. You won’t regret it!
