25th May 2022 (4 years ago)Steve personally over saw from day1 putting brochure together, meeting each prospective buyers at the property. The service we received from One Estates, has been Excellent with nothing being to much trouble. We sold our property within 5 days. ????
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Our experience of buying our new home through Abbotts was extremely disappointing.<br><br>Communication throughout the process was very poor. It was often impossible to get through by telephone, leaving us listening to music for long periods, and when we did have the option to leave a message, our calls were not returned. Emails were also regularly left unanswered, which made the whole process far more stressful than it needed to be.<br><br>On our second viewing, we were expecting to meet someone at the property, but nobody turned up. We were left waiting and had no communication or explanation as to why nobody was there.<br><br>We even had to contact the Norwich branch ourselves and ask them to get in touch with the relevant office to arrange this.<br><br>Buying a home should be an exciting and memorable experience, but unfortunately our experience with Abbotts was made unnecessarily stressful by the lack of communication and organisation.<br><br>We are very happy with our new home, but sadly we cannot say the same about our experience with Abbotts. Based on our experience, we would not use them again or recommend them.

8th Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)No one could have worked harder to get our sale through! Steve has been exceptional in his focus and determination. Our house was for sale for 15 months and not an easy sell. Steve saw us through 3 sets of buyers (2 of whom backed out) but Steve never gave up; his humour and encouragement saved our sanity. Completely professional and a joy to work with. We couldn’t have done it without him!

Tia keeps you in the loop so you know exactly what's going on and let's you know if any suitable properties come up that would fit your search. They went above and beyond, doing extra research when a last minute query came up regarding a tree preservation order, and finding a resolution both parties' solicitors failed to find which enabled us to sell. We were extremely happy with the service we received throughout the entire process. Friendly and helpful people, who couldn't have done more to help. Special thanks to Paul and Noah for all of their support.- 28th Apr 2026 (5 mo. ago)enquired on a shared ownership property, their advert states its available to purchase with a 5% deposit. And still does currently, this isn't the case as you can never buy a 100% share of the property there are limited lenders who would provide a mortgage and they all require a 10% deposit along with the fees. I had mortgage appointments and was told that it was available with a 5% deposit, was given figures and applied for a mortgage in principal. I was then told that the only option was now a 10% deposit, once i said i couldn't do the 10% deposit contact seized to exist. I have called Kings Lynn branch and Hunstanton branch multiple times and only been able to leave a voicemail with no call back, wrote an email of complaint and was told that the mortgage advisor would be in contact 3 weeks ago. I am still yet to receive a call or an email, i wrote another email of complaint a week ago now and have still had no response. If nothing could be done which i understand, then i would expect at the very least an apology for wasting my time. or an explanation as to why they have continued to advertise the property as being available to buy with a 5% deposit when it is not. I have tried mortgage companies elsewhere and been told the same response about the property only being available to purchase with a 10% deposit as you can never fully own the property. don't waste your time and look at other estate agents, unless you like being ignored or lied to.

I was updated at all times & nothing was too much trouble for them. I was very grateful for their caring support & guidance during a difficult time in my life.
