I have known Katrina Fernandez for more than ten years now, and seen her grow, from young beginner, to – still young – expert property manager. She is not only willing to help, but really helpful, owing to her inexaustible resourcefulness. Managing a number of properties obviously requires technical skill and competence in more than one field. Very bad service, lost tens thousands on tenant who did not pay them the rent, they did nothing had to chase constantly, very poor service by the male owner, not professional at all, they did not serve documents on bad tenants, lack of knowledge and would never use them or trust them. Had to get legal on them to gt anything. Aggressive owner and unprofessional disgusting behaviour.... Read more

Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.... Read more
