Everything was straightforward and stress-free, and she took the time to answer questions and keep me updated. I would highly recommend KFH (and Ashleigh in particular) to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy letting agent. I reached out multiple times with enquiries about properties, and despite my clear interest, they completely ignored my enquiries. I followed up several times, but never received any responses. Instead, they decided to move my contact details to another branch, without any prior communication or explanation. This kind of treatment is extremely unprofessional. Not only did they fail to respond to my initial questions, but they also showed a lack of respect by shifting me to another branch without my consent or knowledge. It felt like they were simply passing me off without considering my interest in the properties I was inquiring about. It's frustrating and disappointing when an estate agent doesn’t follow through, leaving you feeling like just another number. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience. Poor communication and a complete lack of customer care.

All the staff I dealt with on the phone, via email and in person (Elliott, Bobby, Adam, Bradley, Billy) were polite, professional and helpful. They gave sound advice and kept me up to date with progress. I'm pleased this independent business is successful as it deserves to do well.

I called to arrange viewings for three different properties and was told they would phone me to confirm, but I never received any follow-up. Four days later, I found out the properties had already been let. This has happened at other branches as well, and the repeated lack of communication feels unprofessional and frustrating. Based on my experience, it also seemed like certain enquiries were consistently delayed or ignored, which left me feeling unfairly treated. Overall, I cannot recommend this agency due to their lack of follow-through and inconsistent service.

I was a tenant in one of their properties many years ago and now constantly receive emails asking if I want to sell this property despite only being a tenant.

I have had properties vacant for over 6 months in the past, but his ability to never give up is a testament to achieving satisfactory results. I have had a very good experience with them over the past few years for all the services they have rendered to us. I therefore strongly recommend them.

From start to finish, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Seden was brilliant during the viewing very friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease. Ismaaiil handled all the paperwork and administration seamlessly, explaining everything clearly and making the process stress-free and straightforward. Both of them went above and beyond to help, and their communication was excellent throughout. Truly amazing service from start to finish. Highly recommended!

The process had its challenges and took longer than expected, but the team were supportive throughout. A special thanks to Michael, whose excellent negotiation skills and genuine commitment made a real difference. Highly appreciated. We live miles away and remote sale worked well for us. The process was a success with good communication. Will definitely recommend them.

But they went above and beyond. We had a difficult case at the end that needed proper skills to get over the line and I could not have asked for anyone better than Jack to handle it. He completely owned the difficult conversations and drove the sale over the finish line. I can safely say that without Jack's help this would not have happened. Thank you very much, and I definitely recommend using Dexter's Muswell Hill.
