3rd Mar 2026 (17 days ago)We had a great experience with Ellis & Co so far. We had been looking for a house with a garden that is pet friendly. The house we found was lovely but unfortunately full with Carpet . When I mentioned it to the Realtor Emilia she then went out of her way to support us and change the Carpet into Wood Flooring which made this lovely house into our new home :-) we moved in last Weekend and are looking forward to a healthy long term relationship together.

They helped us find tenants really quickly, and when external circumstances meant things got complicated, they went above and beyond both in time and resource to help support us and find us the perfect solution as quickly as possible. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a letting agent. They were responsive, available, logistically efficient, and good humoured. 29th Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent experience I had with Paul Simon. My company had shown genuine interest in one of the commercial properties advertised for rent by your firm. Given our interest, I contacted your office to discuss the opportunity and obtain further details about the property and the rental process. Unfortunately, the interaction I had with your representative was both discouraging and unprofessional. During our phone conversation, I was informed that Paul Simon was only considering “blue chip” companies such as Starbucks and similar large corporations for the tenancy. This statement was made without any inquiry into my company’s background, credentials, or financial standing. I found this approach to be dismissive and prejudiced, particularly as it overlooked the potential of other reputable businesses that may not be globally recognised household names. In the business and property sectors, professionalism, fairness, and respect toward all potential clients are fundamental principles that help maintain a positive reputation and foster long-term relationships. The response I received, however, reflected a lack of openness and inclusivity, and it left me with the impression that smaller or privately-owned enterprises are not valued or given fair consideration. It is disappointing to encounter such behaviour from an established company that promotes itself as a leader in property management and leasing. I hope that Paul Simon takes this feedback constructively and ensures that all inquiries—regardless of the size or public profile of the prospective tenant—are handled with equal courtesy and professionalism. Every business, large or small, deserves to be treated with respect and given the opportunity to present its credentials before being dismissed. I genuinely hope that this feedback encourages reflection within your team, leading to a more equitable and professional approach toward potential clients in the future.
19th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)AVOID THIS AGENCY!!!!Barbara was acting as our letting agent, the property was handed back to us in a terrible state, furniture, walls and floors all damaged. We have had to fit a new bathroom, new flooring, buy new furniture and repaint the entire flat. During the course of the tenancy she didn’t allow us to visit the flat always making excuses as to why her sub tenants don’t want us there. She has refused to answer any of my calls and emails. She sent one email to say the company you had an agreement with as the ‘tenant ‘ has ceased operating and that was all. Do not hand your property to her if you are a Landlord as all she cares about is offering you a low guarantee rent and then placing anyone in the flat so she is in profit.

Nothing was impossible to achieve or do .Viewings were always personally accompanied and feedback given .We thank all the crew at Oyster and recommended those wishing to sell their property to consult them soon.True to their words from start to end .????

27th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Friendly and helpful agent- 20th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Sadly I bank with them and I won’t be changing till I find another Alternative which has 0% interest. This bank was much better when it was called IBB!!! Service was much better then! The customer service team on the phone are useless , no knowledge of customer service at all and seem to not care and rude. Their always leaving me on hold for ages and when I get through them they’re unable to help! Always logs me out of the app!! Even though my security details are correct it keeps saying it’s incorrect !! Then it ends up blocking me from verifying with my security details! Tells me to go in the branch!! Only one branch in central London which is far away from me!! I’ve reset my security details three times as they’ve repeatedly done the same thing so I’ve written the security details down to avoid this but unfortunately it happened again!! Open more branches in other cities !! Improve customer service and employ more people who are bothered to work at Al Ryan!!

3rd Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)I live next to a property this agency lets, and they have let it get to rack and ruin, and despite the broken fence which was a break-in, and they promised they would repair it - they never did. They simply haven't kept up with the external of the property they manage, and while that may also be the fault of the property owner ... the agency despite their assurances on the repair and upkeep, simply didn't...
