9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)By far the worst experience with any agent in selling our property. Total lack of communication, agent named Oliver is completely disorganised, shows up unannounced to the property, left it in a mess after dropping some plants we had and disnt even bother to clean. Needed to always chase for feedback and their only strategy to sell is to get you to keep dropping your price. Given my experience as a sellers I would definitely not recommend them at all.

Herself & a colleague Tariq both visited because I was having an issue in my property and they came to resolve themselves. Much appreciated!

Everything was straightforward and stress-free, and she took the time to answer questions and keep me updated. The sales manager James had kindly advised me on this property for a number of years with genuine and objective advice. Pervin, working with James, navigated the sale mechanics, lethargic solicitors and thorny management companies brilliantly. They have been an absolute pleasure to work with and represent a rare breed of estate agents who have much more than just aggressive marketing in their toolbox. James is a real artist in dealmaking and we need more agents like you!

I reached out multiple times with enquiries about properties, and despite my clear interest, they completely ignored my enquiries. I followed up several times, but never received any responses. Instead, they decided to move my contact details to another branch, without any prior communication or explanation. This kind of treatment is extremely unprofessional. Not only did they fail to respond to my initial questions, but they also showed a lack of respect by shifting me to another branch without my consent or knowledge. It felt like they were simply passing me off without considering my interest in the properties I was inquiring about. It's frustrating and disappointing when an estate agent doesn’t follow through, leaving you feeling like just another number. I would not recommend this agency based on my experience. Poor communication and a complete lack of customer care.

They are dealing with my management and lettings and I highly rate the staff, particularly those I have been in contact with. Lincoln was helpful and charming, ready to help, and answer my questions. Ewa has been very efficient and straightforward with lettings. All The staff are kind and friendly and seem happy, many have been working there for many years, which is always a good sign of a good business. They look after landlords and tenants and the processes from start to finish. A service led business that I can recommend.

They all gave service so well that i would recommend Adam hayes if you want to sell your property.- 13th Mar 2026 (5 days ago)I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service provided by Alexandra Isoveanu. My experience was a complete failure from start to finish, characterized by a dismissive attitude and a staggering lack of basic industry knowledge. Throughout our interactions, I felt my time was treated as an afterthought. Not only was the service dismissive, but it became clear that Alexandra had little understanding of the specifics regarding property negotiations, a complete amateur. When I asked standard questions regarding the negotiation, I was met with vague or incorrect information that caused unnecessary delays. A sales negotiator is expected to facilitate a process, not hinder it through incompetence. This level of service is a poor reflection on the Temple Fortune office and falls well below the standard one expects from Foxtons. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as this was a total waste of time and a deeply unprofessional experience.

It is our first rental in UK and totally new to the formalities, Stephen made this process very easy and comfortable for us. Stephen is easy to connect, replied every query efficiently and still replying to all the emails without delay. Thank you for this pleasant experience.

- 11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Dexter's were very diligent and very professional from the moment I was contacted by Marlon, to the listings and viewings with Sofia up to the moment we have completed the sale through Jack and Jamil. But they went above and beyond. We had a difficult case at the end that needed proper skills to get over the line and I could not have asked for anyone better than Jack to handle it. He completely owned the difficult conversations and drove the sale over the finish line. I can safely say that without Jack's help this would not have happened. Thank you very much, and I definitely recommend using Dexter's Muswell Hill.
