15th May 2025 (10 mo. ago)Spent the last 3 years in a property managed by Prickett & Ellis and had a wonderful experience. Cheryl was fantastic for both the moving in and moving out processes, and Hida was responsive and very helpful when it came to any issues or questions we had throughout the tenancy. When issues arose they were always quick to book contractors to fix the problems quickly. I would definitely work with Pricket & Ellis again in the future!
7th Oct 2019 (6 years ago)Thiefs, liars, manipulators; these are just kind words to describe them. I was verbally attacked twice in the building ( shiraj tower), got followed by crackheads squatting in the building and all i got from them is ''this happens before, just call the police and exagerate it''. lift breaks and theres no way of getting to 5th floor, floodings, infestations, rats, piles of trash for weeks... I left 2 months ago and im still having problems with them. Also, they tried to steal for us saying we owed more money, wasnt until we asked for the actual bill that we realized. DO NOT RENT A FLAT FROM THEM, WE'RE STUDENTS AND ITS THE WORST DECISION IVE EVER MADE.

18th Jul 2021 (4 years ago)Having shopped here over many years, I recommended you to a friend whom I accompanied and was appalled by the lack of interest we received. I had to ask for assistance and upon the purchase by my friend of a sofa the person concerned showed little interest in the sale and sat behind her computer for the duration. My friend who purchased the sofa says he will not be returning to your shop. He was also quoted one price for delivery of £50 which on delivery was £85.

We never felt like we were never heard, even though I am a bit of a cautious person and been told it’s too much at time, the guys at Good Neighbours never made me feel like I was doing too much. I approached the Isleworth branch to rent out my brother's flat as he recently moved abroad and they proved to be the very best. Dominick was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and patient with all my queries from the first meeting. He found a lovely family to rent my brother's flat in only two days which was way beyond my expectations. The process was very smooth and both my brother and the tenants are very happy overall. Thank you Dominick and the Isleworth team!

When we came to sell our main home, his firm was the obvious choice. Cody was the lead agent for selling our house. We were selling in a difficult market, nevertheless Cody and team ensured that the property had good coverage, drawing from their large client base. They handled viewings professionally and with consideration to us. We were delighted when they found us a strong purchaser. They put in an enormous amount of work up to exchange and beyond. They handled issues that arose and we felt informed and supported throughout. They were able to provide solutions to concerns that arose in what was a difficult transaction.
