Would recommend Zoe/Red Deer without any hesitation whatsoever. A long, awful, drawn out 6 month chain, with solicitors leaving, indemnity insurance issues, cancelled movers and the rest. Despite this Zoe was there to help at every stage. From initial visit we knew we had found the perfect estate agent. Zoe knew the area, respected our cottage, valued well and presented it superbly. 3 other "big name" estate agents valued our property ( 7 miles outside Bridgwater) but had no idea - they valued between £100,000 and £170,000 LESS !....seemed unless they had a street of identical properties to base their valuation on, then they had no clue !..SOLD at virtually asking price to third viewers. Zoe continually went above and beyond, sorting many issues that were not part of her remit but got us over the line a week before Christmas.
