Thanks to Jackie and the entire team, we found our forever home without any stress. The entire process took just six weeks, from our initial viewing to completion, which was incredible! Whenever we needed assistance, whether it was accessing the house before the exchange or addressing any concerns, there was always someone available to help. Jackie was an absolute delight to work with; she was always helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Their customer service is truly exceptional! Highly recommend!

24th Jun 2026 (12 days ago)We recently bought a house with Richard Lowth & Co and were very impressed, from start to finish, with the high level of service provided. Richard, Janet and Emily always responded extremely quickly, made every effort to accommodate our requests for viewings at particular times and were so well-informed about the properties-we viewed several- and took a genuine interest in what we wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. Richard’s professional help and advice was invaluable. He went out of his way to ensure we had all the information we needed and were able to view our chosen property multiple times. On the day we moved in Janet and Emily met us at the house with the keys and Richard also checked that everything had gone well. We both felt that they go the extra mile to look after buyers and sellers from the initial enquiry to completion.<br>Emily and Janet ensured that we were fully informed throughout the process and provided help all with the house-buying admin.<br>As a family-run firm they were able to offer a much more personal approach to the whole process of house-buying and this was very much appreciated. We would recommend Richard Lowth & Co without hesitation as they offer exceptional service and support.

Our sale was far from an easy one because of complications with other parties involved, but Oliver did everything he possibly could to keep things moving and keep us updated throughout the whole process. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and he was always there to help whenever we needed him. We’re really grateful for all the hard work he put in. I honestly wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Christie King Estate Agents to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. They are by far the best estate agents on the Fylde Coast. Thanks again Oliver for everything, we really appreciate it.
