9th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)I have just re-let my property after much needed and extensive renovation works. All of these were handled by Sutton Kersh, using their recommended contractors. Everything was done efficiently and to a high standard and I was kept informed of progress, with photos, at all times. Grateful thanks to Hannah Callan at Allerton branch, who helped me to choose a decor scheme from a distance (I live abroad). The property was re-let on the first arranged viewing day. I would recommended Sutton Kersh without hesitation.

From a viewing at 10:45 to 1pm, a holding deposit was paid and the flat was taken off the market. 28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Nothing but impressive. I had several options of estate agent to use when selling my property in May 26. An initial visit from Ryder and Dutton ( and others) left me with a clear choice of who i wanted to handle the sale. The initial visit by the branch Manager ( Matthew Clayton) was professional and filled me with confidence , equally recognising the realistic potential i could sell the property at. Further visits for viewing and photographs were all coordinated efficiently by Mitchell Cust , leaving me feeling i was in good hands. The proof was also in the pudding, as an offer was received the day after a bulk viewing was arranged. I would 110% recommend Ryder and Dutton if you want to sell your house quickly and with the assurances you have a great team handling the sale of your property . Thank you Matthew , Mitchell and the team for an outstanding service, also for selling my property within hours of the viewing.

All the staff in Heywood have been pleasant, friendly and helpful. Also, they are proactive when it comes to arranging viewings and following up with potential buyers. R&D, for me, are the go-to estate agents in Heywood. Their long experience and knowledge of the housing market in Heywood allows them to value properties correctly. Their advice is always instructive. Absolutely no complaints.

Absolutely no regrets as the team are proactive, fair, and friendly too?? We are at ease when it comes to the portfolio they manage being managed properly... So a BiG Thank-You to Zoe Jackson (There are Two Zoe's) as she is our direct line and property manager, however the full team really are friendly and knowledgeable, so great to deal with..??????
