22nd Aug 2019 (7 years ago)The guy called Matt did not show in the viewing and asked for second one to be delayed for a week. When I checked rightmove I found out they raised the prices after I asked to see the property. Just run away from them.
13th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Tried buying a house and had the worst experience ever. Leasehold listed as freehold. Firstly the didn’t present the offer to buyer u til chased. Paul who was handling the deal was away most of the time. Property was moved to Sold STC & then back on market before the survey report come back. Complete silence for over a month after asking for negotiations. The whole process was stressful and very frustrating. Seller solicitors to hold initial contract pack. I would stay away and look elsewhere.

7th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????
