7th Nov 2025 (9 mo. ago)Absolutely appalling customer service. If I were renting or selling a property, I would not be using this company. Richard and his assistant were unhelpful and dismissive, refusing to show me and my team a property we were genuinely interested in renting or buying. Their reason was that we hadn’t yet obtained a change of use — which makes no sense, as any reasonable business would only consider that after viewing and deciding whether the property is suitable. The attitude and lack of professionalism were extremely disappointing. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Carigiet Cowen to anyone looking for a helpful or proactive commercial agent.
17th Jul 2021 (5 years ago)Dreadful agent (Andy Backhouse) that seems to struggle to sell properties even in the middle of a boom. Lacks professionalism and / or the basic ability to return calls or emails in less than a week. If you're thinking of selling your property, avoid these or at least this agent. There are plenty more competent, and proactive agents out there.

23rd Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Well what can I say about the team at quick move outstanding I have no words how to praise them absolutely brilliant mubs from start to finish she was amazing kept update date through out the sales process I would not use anyone else there are like a family helping in every section good thing as well if you have English problem there and speak other languages There made my sales process easy I will definitely use them again Once again thank you to mubs and nasir really appreciated
