4th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)How does this business make any money? Aren't they in the business of selling houses? A simple query like 'Can I talk to one of your valuers?' seems to be beyond them. I have rang this company 3 times over the last couple of months because I am thinking of putting my house on the market. The first time I was told the valuer would call me back. He never bothered. I rang again, and again was told the valuer was out on a call and would call me back. he never bothered. I rang a third time and asked to talk to the valuer. The lady at reception asked me questions and then went to talk to the valuer, I believe. Eventually, she hung up on me. Get your act together. You are in the business of selling houses. To sell houses, you need to talk to potential customers. When your receptionist tells a potential customer that you will call them back, then be true to your word and do so. Keep in mind how many estate agents there are in the Oadby area and you are competing with them for business. Answering telephone calls promptly and returning customer calls would be a good start for your business.

12th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Rushden agents have provided all effort from start to finished. Information explained and always kept me up to date with progress. All the staff were knowledgeable and gave an empathetic view towards the house sale, making it a much easier process to deal with.
13th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I personally dealt with Megan Stewart, property consultant at Jackson Grundy. Of course, I was/still being assisted by others like Johnny, another property During as I go through the process. our first meeting in August 2025, she was very warm and welcoming and especially reassuring that she was going to help me and my husband get the dream house we were looking for. Being a first time buyer and we were not sure of the whole process, and it appeared so daunting to say the least. Megan not helped me finding the house we finally settled for but she also put me through the most brilliant Financial Advisors at Jackson Grundy, James and Louise (who was the main financial advisor who helped me get the right Mortgage loan from our lender. Am hugely grateful to Louise as she continues to help me). I would recommend Megan any day. Never tired of my unsure state every time we went for house viewing. Never judged me and never got tired until the end. The process is still going and she is always on hand to help me. Always ready and smiling and above all happy soul!! Thank you very much Megan. They provide an outstanding service to both me the landlord, and also the tenants. The team in the office are all very friendly, very efficient and polite. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs a professional estate agency to manage their buy to let investments.

This is the second house we've sold through Stonhills and would absolutely go straight back to them if needed. 5 Star service all throughout

As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions and moments of stress, but throughout the whole process we felt supported, guided and reassured. Luke, Emma and Kyle were amazing! Always friendly, patient and incredibly quick to respond. They took the time to explain things clearly, kept us updated, and stepped in to help whenever something needed sorting. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble for them, and that made such a difference for us. We’re incredibly grateful for their support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone, especially first-time buyers! 13th Oct 2025 (22 weeks ago)I’ve used Redbrick as a letting agent for the past 4-5 years and they are far superior to any other agent I’ve used previously. Compliance is spot on, deposits are secured on time and documentation issued. Patrick will also offer a one to one with landlords and assess current problems with tenants / letting agents and look at the best possible solution.

17th Mar 2026 (2 days ago)After a disappointing start with no communication and the fact we wanted to move to another estate agent, we agreed to start again and have new photos taken and increase the visibility of the property. This resulted in more viewings however we did have to reduce the price of the property from what it was originally priced. It did attract more viewings but I felt we had to prompt the agents to get more done. They did eventually do everything that was required and sometimes we beyond what we expected.
