30th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)ML provide a good professional service, with courteous and thoughtful staff. They successfully managed to sell my property which was a difficult one to move on. In terms of management they supply a prompt service with calls returned and very thorough inventories etc. I had two tenancies with them. Just one hint from me - It would be more helpful to supply 2 contractor estimates rather than just one to help speed up any insurance claims needed as I did have to get my own. Anyway - I am happy to recommend them.

They are professional, friendly, proactive, approachable, responsive and communicate well. Nothing seems any trouble to them. They are exemplary and we would have no hesitation in recommending them.

The team was professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free from beginning to end. They were always responsive and kept me updated at every stage, which gave me great confidence throughout. Their attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high level of service really stood out. I would highly recommend Rook Matthews Sayer to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient estate agent. A well-deserved five-star experience!

Gail McLean has always been our contact there, and she is wonderful; approachable, knowledgeable and professional. Gail and the Sanderson Young team have ensured that our property has been let quickly and to high quality tenants every time. Highly recommend (thanks Gail!)

11th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)I bought my house through Jan Foster Estate Agents over a year ago, and I can honestly say it was one of the worst and most stressful experiences of my life. What should have been an exciting milestone turned into an absolute nightmare because of the way this company operates and, in particular, because of the behaviour of Ashley, the agent I dealt with. From the very beginning, Ashley was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. He spoke to me in a condescending manner, showed no patience, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a client making one of the biggest purchases of my life. Simple questions were met with attitude, poor communication, or no response at all. At times, he was outright disrespectful, which is completely unacceptable in any profession, let alone estate agency. Communication throughout the process was shocking. I was constantly left chasing for updates, clarification, and basic information that should have been provided without me having to beg for it. Deadlines were unclear, things were poorly explained, and I was often left feeling confused and stressed because no one seemed to care enough to do their job properly. Instead of being supported and guided, I felt ignored and brushed aside. Buying a home is supposed to be handled with professionalism, respect, and care. Unfortunately, that was entirely missing here. The stress, anxiety, and frustration I went through could have been avoided if Ashley and Jan Foster Estate Agents had shown even a basic level of courtesy and competence. I would strongly advise anyone considering using Jan Foster Estate Agents to think twice. Based on my experience, they lack professionalism, respect for clients, and proper communication. I would never use this company again and would not recommend them to anyone. This experience left a lasting negative impression and completely took the joy out of buying my home.

16th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)Surprised at the level of disrespect I’ve been shown from next2buys staff. Today an agent decided to start bragging about “billing” people and taking one client to court. It was brought up as general conversation almost from what ever her name was. Directed at me which I found amusing to say the least. All very threatening behaviour and scaremongering talk. Strange way to do business and I’ve never experienced anyone who I haven’t met in person talking to me in such a way. I’ve requested a formal complaints form which I still haven’t recieved. A trivial manner has escalated with me receiving vulgar voicemails with childish bratty-like attitude. They seem to think they own my property the way they talk. But that’s all it is, talk. All with almost bullying behaviour which is the reason I write this review, this behaviour might upset a tenant or a landlord or particularly a first time buyer for example. Strange and unfriendly group of weird people who attempt to talk with authority over you, forgetting they definetly don’t! I have experienced friendly and helpful advice and relationships with other estate agents and I would recommend everyone reading this to do the same.

1st Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)Moov’d recently sold our apartment for us and we couldn’t believe how easy and stress free the whole process was. This was because from the initial inquiry to the final phone call informing us that the sale money was heading to our bank account, everything was handled by Grant and his team. Initially Grant visited us to take photos of the apartment, we agreed a sale price, he then produced the description of our apartment for the advertisement, arranged viewings and gave us feedback from prospective buyers and then when the sale was agreed we filled in a few forms and the money was in our bank! It was a pleasure to work with Grant and his team and we would highly recommend Moov’d to anyone wanting to sell their property. Thanks to all.
