She explained everything clearly, kept me updated throughout the process, and was always quick to respond to any questions. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really made a difference. I couldn’t have asked for better support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an estate agent.
30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)ML provide a good professional service, with courteous and thoughtful staff. They successfully managed to sell my property which was a difficult one to move on. In terms of management they supply a prompt service with calls returned and very thorough inventories etc. I had two tenancies with them. Just one hint from me - It would be more helpful to supply 2 contractor estimates rather than just one to help speed up any insurance claims needed as I did have to get my own. Anyway - I am happy to recommend them.

We were kept well informed through out the process and made to feel at ease being first time buyers. Thank you to the cramlington team

8th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)They are nice people to deal with but their overall approach can only be described as passive. I made the running on price reduction and they just complied. Communication was poor . I had to chase them to get the result of a viewing. Overall, a wasted year.

The gentleman that helped me was called Jake and I cannot thank him enough for his patience and happy attitude, when the time comes I will most certainly be returning and hopefully he will be there as he really put the time and effort in to build up a rapport with me.

Wouldn't go past Fiona and her whole team for any body.We had lots to sort out over along period of time and sure enough got there in the end. I never at one point felt I was being put in second position , I live internationally and everything was done without any broken promises. Super friendly on the phone and was up to Q with what was going on. What started out thinking was gonna be a nightmare turned into a full on proffesional job ,especially with me living abroad .After a few twists here and a few twists there, the sale of the property couldn't have gone better. Fiona and the team have been my agents for 10 years and never once did I think i was with the wrong Agent. Thanks for Everything Fiona and your wonderful team. Charlotte was very chatty, friendly and professional and was accurate with her valuation and we had an offer very quickly. The What’s App kept us informed of the process and we were very impressed with Louise in sales progression. She kept in touch regularly and was so supportive and proactive. We were impressed all round with Brunton and would definitely recommend.
