Very knowledgeable and professional and one of the best around in my opinion. It was useful to be able to pop into the shop locally , as by phone there were often other people from other branches answering! When the sale fell through, family members encouraged me to look at an alternative agent but I felt it was sensible to continue & things improved dramatically. I was very grateful for all the agent did to complete the sale.
