7th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.

They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the process, always taking the time to answer my questions and assist with my requests. Their professionalism and kindness made what could have been a stressful experience much smoother. Thank you both for all your help. I really appreciate it!
22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I'd strongly advise against even making an initial enquiry with William H Brown. Once they have your number, sales people will call you several times a day, even after you ask to be removed from their list. Sleazy and incompetent.

8th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)This company delayed my tenancy checkout because their own agent was unable to attend the scheduled appointment. Despite the delay being entirely of their making, they then attempted to charge me additional rent for the extra days they had imposed.<br><br>I find this behaviour completely unreasonable and unprofessional. Rather than taking responsibility for their own scheduling issues, they tried to pass the cost onto the tenant.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this unscrupulous agency and look elsewhere. Trust and fairness are essential when dealing with an estate agent, and unfortunately, I found neither here.

Her guidance throughout was the best i have encountered, with a personal but professional approach . Selene went above and beyond for us and I am forever grateful. They offered honest, reliable and trustworthy advice and went above and beyond to help us. Lizzie and Natasha in particular were fantastic! Our house purchase had a few issues along the way and the Aylsham Arnold Keys branch worked incredibly hard to solve them quickly and effectively, often ringing round various contacts everyday. When viewing our property, Millie greeted us with professionalism but genuine interest in what we would like from the house. We had communicated throughout the purchase and no matter the question - big or small they were there to help. A big shout out to Clare Clarke for being amazing, always available if we needed her, very polite and helpful - nothing was ever a bother for her! I couldn’t recommend Starking & Watson enough!
