"Appalling experience - Extreme professional negligence, arrogance, and harassment" I highly recommend avoiding this firm. After the completion of my property sale, the paralegal, Ceitidh Bryden, demonstrated absolute arrogance and a shocking lack of professional ethics. Her communication was completely unacceptable, to the point where she even resorted to shouting at me over the phone. Despite a formal agreement via email for a £200 price deduction regarding house preparation (which was successfully applied to the final settlement), this firm failed to properly update the final missives due to sheer laziness. Worse still, after the funds were legally settled and under my control, she sided with the buyer to launch an aggressive psychological intimidation campaign. They forwarded threatening emails in red text and unlawfully demanded my personal overseas address without any legal basis, strictly violating data protection principles and professional boundaries.
