A huge thank you to Grant Allen Estate Agents for the smooth sale of our family home. From the initial meeting, agreement of the advertised sale price to the brilliant photos and video to attract the right buyers. Secured a solid first time buyer(!) in 4 weeks from advertisement to offer.
