2nd Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)I do feel that they need to have social media platforms to promote properties like most agents do. Also there is no shop to go in or for them to advertise the brochure etc. there way of working g may work for some for houses that will sell quickly but not for me.

The support throughout the process was second to none. There was no silly promise of inflated market value followed by lengthy negotiations, I was given a true market value of my property and they advised they knew how to sell it. And yes they did. Thank you to Sohail and the team at Adams Estates. ????????

Liz was a true standout and an amazing support network for us and our family, the service and dedication she gave us was fantastic. Weekly updates, check ins to see if we needed anything, helping us with our own questions, nothing was too much for her. I would highly recommend Richard Kendall and Liz especially, a true standout. 10th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I cannot stress enough how horrible this branch is. The staff are incredibly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Any time a concern or question is raised, instead of being helpful, you are met with attitude, excuses, and condescending responses. It’s like they actively enjoy making tenants feel frustrated and powerless.<br><br>From start to finish, this branch shows zero respect or care for the people renting through them. They consistently ignore evidence, refuse to acknowledge mistakes, and seem to think that being unpleasant is an acceptable way to handle complaints. I’ve never experienced such a shocking level of arrogance and unhelpfulness from a lettings office.<br><br>Dealing with this branch is a waste of time, money, and energy. They have no accountability, no professionalism, and absolutely no regard for tenants. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this branch entirely, there are plenty of other agencies that actually treat people like human beings.

From the moment I first spoke to them to booking the valuation to meeting them it was a breath of fresh air. I've bought and sold a large number of homes in my time but one thing is for sure I will only ever use Kestrel Again. The photography, the service, the communication, and the amount they achieved everything was perfect.

It’s a stressful time and to feel in safe hands is priceless.

Martin was enthusiastic, helpful and attentive from start to finish; he was always available to answer our queries or update us - even outside working hours. He was very knowledgable about the market and we felt well advised. Ewemove were very competitively priced and they showcased our home beautifully using professional, high quality photography. Martin personally took care of viewings and a visit from a surveyor for us. He arranged an EPC at no cost to us. We would definitely use EweMove again and would recommend them to anyone.
