What we appreciated most was his great sense of humour and the fact that he actually treats you like a human being, rather than just another transaction. He kept us completely in the loop at every single stage of the process. Unlike other agents we've encountered, he was never evasive—he gave us straight answers, answered every query promptly, and worked tirelessly to make sure the purchase went smoothly. 18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)Oliver Johnson & the team at Clarke & Simpson have been outstanding. Having sold land & property through them I wouldn't go anywhere else. They're very well established in the area, they have the contacts and they know their customers. Oliver Johnson is a great agent, he's very proactive and spotted a Land Registry issue that could have caused problems but he suggested a solution which enabled us to quickly resolve and complete the sale. He's an expert problem solver, maintaining a great relationship with buyer, seller and solicitors. I rarely write reviews but for Oliver & the Clarke & Simpson team I'm very pleased to say they are highly recommended.

Tracy done some really amazing viewings on our property and managed to get us an offer after the first viewing. Shane took really good quality photos of our property and got us online asap as we were in a hurry to sell to secure another property. Emma maintained contact from start to finish, even during the really stressful times and issues. We are really grateful to the whole team. Thank you ??????
