22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I'd strongly advise against even making an initial enquiry with William H Brown. Once they have your number, sales people will call you several times a day, even after you ask to be removed from their list. Sleazy and incompetent.
7th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.
25th May 2022 (4 years ago)Steve personally over saw from day1 putting brochure together, meeting each prospective buyers at the property. The service we received from One Estates, has been Excellent with nothing being to much trouble. We sold our property within 5 days. ????
8th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)This company delayed my tenancy checkout because their own agent was unable to attend the scheduled appointment. Despite the delay being entirely of their making, they then attempted to charge me additional rent for the extra days they had imposed.<br><br>I find this behaviour completely unreasonable and unprofessional. Rather than taking responsibility for their own scheduling issues, they tried to pass the cost onto the tenant.<br><br>Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this unscrupulous agency and look elsewhere. Trust and fairness are essential when dealing with an estate agent, and unfortunately, I found neither here.
28th May 2026 (5 weeks ago)Thank you Phil for not getting back to me about my request to the view the property. As frustrating as it is dealing with an incompetent estate agent, I’m always grateful to discover this early on rather than later. On both occasions you have spoken to me with a tone of patronising condescension, despite you displaying a lack of basic knowledge on capital gains tax treatment and what constitutes as a 2nd property. To quote yourself “with all due respect” I've heard nothing from you in a week now, so I will pursue other methods to contact the vendor. No need to mention this to them as I will explain all when I locate them. Thanks again for saving myself and your client a frustrating process of liaising through waterside estate agents.

She handles any issues that arises in my flat prompt manner and she always makes a follow up call to check that the contractor has done the job. It is very rare to find an agent who is proactive, responsive, professional and just a pleasure to deal with when problems occur.

Communication has been faultless, in particular, Jade has dealt with every query cheerfully and efficiently liaising between buyer and vendor and keeping us up to date throughout ther process.

The marketing was brilliant and went the extra mile and what turned into a tricky sale towards the end meant I really saw the effort they went to to get it over the line. Calls out of hours, viewings on weekends and evenings and all in all a second to none service
19th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)Lee and his staff were very helpful and I received a first class service, in difficult circumstances, during the pandemic. Lee himself went the ‘extra mile’ spending a lot of time doing a live video tour with the buyer, who lived out of town. He regularly called to check on the property, which was empty, in his own time, on his way home from work and he called me with feedback and advice after viewings.

All of whom have always been helpful, and courteous .<br>I have got to mention Lauren Godbold though above all of her colleagues . I have had reason to contact the office several times a week , and sometimes several times a day. I'm currently in the middle of a complex section 21 process , and Lauren has liaised with me , my solicitors, the council , the tenant and even the<br>tenant's solicitors at one point! Lauren even helped me through a tricky process of emails, photographs and days and dates while my wife and I were in Portugal ,<br>There were "time critical" tasks that Lauren carried out (which I'd only found out about while on holiday) for me so professionally, and calmly, I dont know what I would have done without her continued help in this whole process , she has been professionalism personified . I've been desperate at the beginning of a call to Lauren but by the end of it I was calm and totally reassured .<br>Thank You .
