18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)This is easily the worst estate agent experiences I've ever had.<br><br>This is purely from the experience of trying to buy a property through them, and if this is how they treat potential buyers, I would hate to think what their sellers would make of it.<br><br>Properties are taken off the market and then put back on again, with little or no explanation. You email asking for clarification and get no reply. I even went as far as making a formal complaint to head office, only to be completely ignored.<br><br>To make matters worse, I've seen an auction property listed as “under offer” three days before the auction was even due to start. How does that happen? I appreciate that pre-auction offers can be made, but surely potential buyers deserve clear and accurate information about a property's status.<br><br>The lack of communication, the failure to respond to enquiries, and the complete lack of acknowledgement of a formal complaint have been extremely disappointing.<br><br>If I were selling a property, I'd seriously question whether this is the level of service I'd want from the estate agent representing me. Potential buyers should be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism, and in my experience, that has been sorely lacking here.<br><br>Based on my personal experience, I would struggle to recommend them.
25th May 2022 (4 years ago)Steve personally over saw from day1 putting brochure together, meeting each prospective buyers at the property. The service we received from One Estates, has been Excellent with nothing being to much trouble. We sold our property within 5 days. ????

Sam Callaghan was excellent, both when looking at the property and going through the process, very easy to communicate with and constantly helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend both Leaders and Sam.
28th May 2026 (22 weeks ago)Thank you Phil for not getting back to me about my request to the view the property. As frustrating as it is dealing with an incompetent estate agent, I’m always grateful to discover this early on rather than later. On both occasions you have spoken to me with a tone of patronising condescension, despite you displaying a lack of basic knowledge on capital gains tax treatment and what constitutes as a 2nd property. To quote yourself “with all due respect” I've heard nothing from you in a week now, so I will pursue other methods to contact the vendor. No need to mention this to them as I will explain all when I locate them. Thanks again for saving myself and your client a frustrating process of liaising through waterside estate agents.

Tia keeps you in the loop so you know exactly what's going on and let's you know if any suitable properties come up that would fit your search. Highly recommended all round.

He was very easy to talk to and he must be an asset to your company. Our dealings with all your staff has been first class. During the final stages of the sale, Lizzie Barnard, again was excellent at keeping us updated with proceedings, right through to the completion. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul Hubbard estate agent.

Communication has been faultless, in particular, Jade has dealt with every query cheerfully and efficiently liaising between buyer and vendor and keeping us up to date throughout ther process.

17th Oct 2026 (10 days ago)They valued my house a lot less than others and I asked them to put it up for my price I had in mind .. glad I did as got near the asking price and sold in two weeks . Photos were really good but felt they missed important information off but maybe that’s my fault for not looking at advert properly before they advertised .. I do think the charges are so high for selling

19th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)Lee and his staff were very helpful and I received a first class service, in difficult circumstances, during the pandemic. Lee himself went the ‘extra mile’ spending a lot of time doing a live video tour with the buyer, who lived out of town. He regularly called to check on the property, which was empty, in his own time, on his way home from work and he called me with feedback and advice after viewings.

We received great care, advice and support throughout the whole process right through to completion.<br><br>Lily was a real asset to us and made the whole experience so much easier. She was always at the end of the phone whenever we needed her and was there to guide us every step of the way.<br><br>We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!

She kept me up to date with everything along the way and is very approachable and nothing ever feels too much for her.
