Far more than just a local estate agent in the Cotswolds area, Murrays punch way above their weight and run a first-class operation that matches buyers and sellers with remarkable precision. A buyer for our cottage was found pretty quickly from their list of quality clients, but the subsequent sale process was far from straightforward - listed buildings (as most are in Painswick) throw up all sorts of complications, such as missing consents & permissions that cut-price conveyancers pounce on with glee. James Murray and his colleagues displayed infinite patience, charm and diplomacy to keep the sale on track.
