16th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)We bought a stone farm house in Pembrokeshire in May earlier this year through Savilles. Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.

They have just sold a property for me which wasn’t straightforward, but the whole process from start to finish was handled really well by the team are Popular Move. From the initial valuation, there was constant communication and updates about the progress of the sale which was professional and still friendly, helping to keep nerves from fraying! Thank you very much too all the team, I will definitely come back next time The upcoming budget
30th Jul 2025 (7 mo. ago)I have rented from RKLucas for 4.5 years. Initially, they were great. However, in recent years there have been many changes in staff and there has been a massive decline. I have been awaiting repairs to my house since Nov 2023 and have 2 rent increases while waiting. Works that were completed were done to a poor standard (shower needed replacing, builder cut the whole in the wrong place in the panel and glued a glass star mirror with a boarder which is falling apart due to the water and I have loose glass hanging in my shower which again has been reported numerous times and still hasn’t been documented on my property file). Most recently my key snapped in the door while the lock was out so the mechanism had to be removed to push the door closed making the door unable to close or lock. Imagine having to pay good money to have to use your chair to hold your door closed. I have now been unable to secure my property or even close my door properly for a month and can’t get a reply from anyone regarding any of the works. I have even emailed the 3 directors with no acknowledgement. Happy to take my money but not happy to give any help in resolving. When I do call I get spoken to like a naughty child as though I’m an inconvenience to them despite me being a good tenant paying my rent and looking after my property. Shambolic. Absolutely avoid.- 14th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Good and sound advice on the onset. All members of staff were very helpful from reception to Directors. We trusted in their confidence our property would sell, and it did.

11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)I had the pleasure of meeting Lheyton at my mother’s property who took time to explain to me in simple terms about the letting of her home. I have to say, I am bowled over by the way he explained things simply to us and have every confidence that he and the FBM team are the right agents for us. We’re not quite ready yet to take the plunge as first time landlords but when we do, Lheyton is the man for the Job for sure. Definitely the best estate agent I have dealt with and highly recommend Lheyton at FBM

Professional, friendly, and always keeping us updated. Thank you both for all your hard work, we would highly recommend to anyone looking for an estate agents.
17th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)The on-boarding experience was efficient and Guy Thomas was open to negotiating a reduced. However despite dropping our price twice we did not get an offer. We were not made aware of all the viewings and didn't get feedback from most of them. This did improve when we highlighted it but still no sale.
