25th Apr 2026 (17 weeks ago)Fletcher & Poole did not advise as to how to dress the house for selling. They did not give feedback on the viewings unless prompted to do so. Photographs did not show the property to its advantage. The brochure description was poor compared with other estate agent’s descriptions of similar properties in the same location. Overall we would not recommend them.
4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)I found the company very proactive from start to finish. The agent I had most dealings with called Daniel was excellent and was always available with advice and support, all the other staff were pleasant and helpful.

29th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Considerable over valuation of the property contributed to a long and unsuccessful sale process. They also favoured the seller’s needs over my own. Communication method are old fashioned (phone calls and voice messages with no content) all made for a very unsatisfactory experience. Avoid!
19th Apr 2024 (2 years ago)They were excellent when my husband bought our house in 2022. We have now returned to them as sellers because we are needing to relocate for work and have placed our faith in them and their experience in the local market. We would give 5 stars but they are so busy that it doesn't feel as friendly and open as it used to. Having said that, Iwan himself and Amanda who is overseeing our listing are down to earth and very supportive. They work hard. Overall, we are happy with this agent and hope to recommend them to family and friends.
7th Oct 2022 (3 years ago)They show lots of people the property and the landlord picks which just seems crazy and u have to wait till all the viewings are done till u find out if you even got a chance. I viewed my dream home and was totally gutted when I wasn't accepted ????

28th Sep 2023 (2 years ago)Purple bricks did not even try to sell the above property for my now late father and once 10 months passes all they wanted was £1700 fee paying I informed them that my fathers estate was in the hands of solicitors gave them all the details they needed to recover the fee but they insisted I paid the fee and it wasn’t their duty to go to a solicitor for the fee even after I had informed them the house was not left to me in my fathers will the words they used were that was my problem not theirs I have never been treated so rudely and inconsiderably I would not recommend using them to anyone

4th Aug 2026 (19 days ago)We've had a really positive experience with William Gleave Estate Agents. From the very beginning, whole team was friendly and approachable. Matt kept us updated throughout the process, answered all our questions patiently and did everything he could to make sure we were able to move into the property well before the start date of my new job. The property was still undergoing renovation when we were due to move in, but Matt worked hard to make sure everything was ready on time so we could move in as planned. On moving day, we had a problem with the key box code. Matt came over himself and handed us the keys which was a huge help and took a lot of stress out of the situation. Thank you to Matt and everyone at William Gleave Estate Agents. We'd happily recommend them to anyone looking to rent a property.
