I was desperate to view a property , phoned up 3 times over a week , each time getting no response , no call no text no email , in that time, someone came in a viewed the property also took he property . The one time they did answer i was told there was no interest in this property, so because of what only seems as laziness , in any response, I mist any opportunity...... Would not recommend this branch what so ever
16th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)We had an excellent experience with this estate agency and felt they truly stood out from the rest. From the very beginning, the level of customer service was exceptional; professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout. Sam in particular was fantastic. He was attentive, proactive with follow-ups, and communicated clearly at every stage. He also showed real initiative in arranging viewings in a way that worked around our schedules and travel, which made a big difference. Although we didn’t end up purchasing a property through them, this was purely because we found our dream home elsewhere, not a reflection of their service in any way. In fact, compared to other agents we dealt with, they were miles ahead in terms of care, organisation, and overall experience. I don’t leave usually leave reviews and haven’t for the other agents we encountered, but this team genuinely deserves recognition for breaking the mould. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Tom helped guide us through the sale of our house, he was professional and always kept us updated throughout.the process. Yes, I would recommend and use Goodwin Property Services again.

29th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)I let my property for 6 years with Pennell and Partners and finally sold through them also. Having been let down previously by a letting agent i was very apprehensive about letting out my property again but what a difference it made letting through them. I can't recommend them enough. They were extremely helpful and professional throught. No matter the issue, it was fixed immediately. I would like to say a huge thank you to Tim and Sharon who made the 6 years stress free.

From the very start, they were fantastic communicators, professional, proactive, and clearly knew their craft. Within just three months, my property was sold. I honestly couldn’t believe the speed or the expertise of the team, but most importantly, they delivered exactly what they promised. A huge thank you to City & County for making the process feel seamless from start to finish.

14th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)I’ve been really disappointed with how things have been handled. Communication has been slow and unclear, especially when it came to something as important as the tenant’s notice. I wasn’t given the exact date it was received or a copy of the notice when I asked, which made it difficult to check that everything was being managed properly. The delays have also made things harder for me when it comes to planning next steps, and it feels like this could have been avoided with more timely and transparent communication. I’m also concerned that the check-out inspection when the tenants moved out was missed, with no one attending as expected. On top of that, the tenants’ deposit has still not been returned, which is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the overall management. Overall, this has not been a positive experience. I would have expected a far more responsive, reliable and professional service.

Ryan evaluated our property and suggested a price, he came over as friendly and professional so we decided to go with them. We had two viewings booked straight away and we sold our house in a week (in December). We mostly dealt with Matt and he was always on top of keeping us informed of what was going on. We moved at the end of March and are now happy in our new home. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Winkworth’s Deeping again.

The team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. They made everything feel smooth and stress-free, always keeping me informed and providing clear, helpful advice. Their knowledge of the Peterborough property market was excellent, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled quickly and professionally. Communication was always prompt and reassuring, which made a real difference. I would highly recommend Northwood Peterborough Estate & Letting Agents to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy service. A truly five-star experience!

Although it was a rather protracted process to secure the purchase (due to some land based classification issues) the team were great at keeping us informed and helping us to resolve any issues as they arose. Its fair to say they went above and beyond. A real pleasure to do business with

After recently dealing with another local agency where the service was unfortunately quite poor, the experience here was a complete contrast. Sophie Toynton was nothing but professional, helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. She guided us step by step and made everything straightforward and stress-free. Sophie and the rest of the team truly provide a five-star service. I would highly recommend Leaders Spalding to anyone.

From the start, their communication was excellent, we received regular, honest updates and useful feedback throughout the entire process. They did a fantastic job presenting our home. The photos were high quality and really highlighted the best features of the property, and it was clear they took the time to properly understand the house ahead of viewings. What really stood out is that, unlike many estate agents who tend to go quiet unless there’s a viewing, Villager Homes genuinely delivered on their promise to be proactive. We always felt informed and supported, not left wondering what was happening. After the sale was agreed, Ana in particular went above and beyond. She worked incredibly hard to keep us updated on everything happening across the chain, especially during times when communication from other parties was slow or unclear. That made a huge difference and really helped reduce the stress. Overall, we were really pleased with the experience. The whole team were friendly, professional, and consistently went the extra mile to help wherever they could. We’d highly recommend them.

They also worked hard on our behalf to push the sale through in a tight time frame at the end . The whole experience from start to finish was excellent
