Communication was good throughout from Ann, Stacey, Keighley and Emily, while Keith was very knowledgeable valuing the house. Nothing was an issue throughout and would highly recommend.
10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Put my house up for sale through Manners & Harrison , had a few viewings before Xmas but after January things started to fly lots of viewings . Property was left in the hands of Brooke Gordon who in my opinion has done a fantastic job . Had an offer put forward which was under what I wanted . Had a word with Brooke and went in all guns blazing and got me an excellent offer . She is an asset to the company, Thank You Brooke x Regards John Popple

16th Feb 2026 (30 days ago)From the beginning, communication was poor. Calls and emails were ignored, updates were not provided unless I chased repeatedly, and I often felt completely in the dark about what was happening with my own property. Basic professionalism and proactive communication were simply not there. What is most frustrating is that a perfectly viable sale appears to have been sabotaged by a lack of competence and care. Key information was either delayed or poorly handled, follow-ups with the buyer were not managed properly, and issues that could have been resolved quickly were allowed to escalate unnecessarily. Instead of guiding the process smoothly, the agent created confusion and tension. There was no sense of urgency, no strategic negotiation, and no accountability when things started to fall apart. Rather than taking responsibility, I was met with excuses and deflection. Selling a property is stressful enough without having to micromanage the very person you are paying to represent your interests. I expected expertise, diligence, and professionalism. Unfortunately, I received the opposite. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before instructing this agency.- 31st Oct 2025 (20 weeks ago)Look after two properties in Bishop Auckland. They were honest and up front the whole time, managing our expectations honestly and everything ran like clockwork. I couldn’t believe how fast everything ran from valuation to listing. In the end they got us an offer within a week. 10/10 will recommend to everyone!

3rd Mar 2026 (15 days ago)I could not fault the experience of working with Evenmore Properties for the sale of the house. From initial contact to completion, all aspects of communication were excellent. Having access to the various online resources that are required for the duration of the sale meant I was always able to keep track of the process without having to contact them for updates. If you are looking to sell a property I would recommend them without hesitation.

20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)I wish I had instructed Paul to sell my property initially because it had languished with 2 well known agents for Months without any sensible sale plan/updates. Paul offered straight talking, no nonsense advice. We had an offer within days of the viewings. Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
