He went above and beyond for us, was persistent when he needed to be and kept everything moving and on track. He was always approachable, patient, reassuring and honest. No matter what cropped up, he was always at the end of the phone and made the whole process feel sooo much easier.<br><br>By the end of it Dan felt more like a friend than our estate agent! Will was exceptional in the way he kept me constantly informed of what was going on between agents and solicitors. I felt I could contact him for updates all the way though. A very friendly, caring and capable young man . I would thoroughly recommend Savills, Truro if you are thinking of selling and want excellent service. Thank you Will .

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.

Communication was consistently excellent and I particularly appreciated the prompt feedback after each viewing. This information is surely of great interest to every vendor but my previous experience of other agents has sometimes shown an unacceptable tardiness in passing on this information. James and Stef managed to combine an appropriately personal touch with great professionalism so that I felt well cared for and absolutely confident that they had my best interests at heart throughout.
