I'm really not one for leaving negative reviews but I'm genuinely amazed this office successfully lets any properties at all. I would be concerned if I were a landlord using this company. We are so keen to move to Portishead and have made enquiries so many times on a number of properties. I have given up completely now as I've lost count how many promises I've received regarding call backs (that's if they answer the phone at all) I can't even get as far as a viewing - trying to get anything from anyone in this office is like getting blood from a stone.
