Throughout the entire journey, he demonstrated exceptional dedication, hard work, and professionalism. His prompt responses to our queries gave us immense confidence and reassurance at every step. We are truly grateful for his dedication and effort in helping us settle into our new home. As first-time renters in the UK coming from overseas, we noticed that letting regulations, verification practices, and administrative procedures differ significantly from what we are accustomed to in Hong Kong. Based on our experience, I would like to offer a constructive suggestion that could further elevate the service Leaders provides to international clients. It would be extremely helpful if Leaders could provide potential overseas tenants with a simple visual workflow or step-by-step roadmap of the rental process at the very beginning.
