23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Stay well clear! Promise you the world deliver nothing. They will take days to return your calls. All for the landlord, will treat you with disrespect at all costs. When your tenancy is up they will stitch you up! It will cost you a fortune! There is plenty more estate agents out there! Please use them. STAY WELL AWAY!!!!

2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)They over value every property. Just look at how long they take to sell. Joke - Charters are another agent that over value and give sellers false hope and it just wastes time. Buyers are savvy nowadays! When are these two agents going to realise?!
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Lovely team but our home was over-valued and on the market for 3 months with 3 viewings. The office is local so local knowledge should be on point. The communication was always initiated by me to ask what we can do, reducing the cost, including social media etc Emails took a week to be responded to, if at all. Parted ways after 3.1 months and have missed out on the home we wanted to buy. Massive waste of our time, unfortunately.

From an explanation of the tasks, transparency of pricing, review and feedback to ensure all parties were up-to-date with the status of the sale, advice in negotiation, help during the handover process, post sale touch base to ensure everything was good. 18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
30th Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)We highly recommend Marco Harris. Communication was excellent throughout — clear, prompt, and the WhatsApp group was a bonus. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful, and all of our questions were answered clearly with no pressure at all. There was a healthy amount of viewings and offers forthcoming, giving plenty us of choice, which was really appreciated. A special mention to Kieran, Shannen, and Connor, who were all fantastic and a real credit to the team. A smooth, professional experience from start to finish. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Marco Harris to anyone who’s selling their property. Thank you!
