13th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Nesbits have been exceptional throughout the buying process. Nothing was a problem with extra viewings & questions, very efficient at getting further information and very easy and quick for my solicitor to deal with. It definitely shows a good company when most of the staff have been there for a very long time! I would like to particularly mention Hannah who is a joy to be around and an absolute credit to the Nesbits team! Exceptional at what she does, so friendly and professional, nothing is too much trouble. 5 STAR PLUS!

Throughout the entire journey, he demonstrated exceptional dedication, hard work, and professionalism. His prompt responses to our queries gave us immense confidence and reassurance at every step. We are truly grateful for his dedication and effort in helping us settle into our new home.<br><br>As first-time renters in the UK coming from overseas, we noticed that letting regulations, verification practices, and administrative procedures differ significantly from what we are accustomed to in Hong Kong. Based on our experience, I would like to offer a constructive suggestion that could further elevate the service Leaders provides to international clients.<br><br>It would be extremely helpful if Leaders could provide potential overseas tenants with a simple visual workflow or step-by-step roadmap of the rental process at the very beginning. 3rd Feb 2021 (5 years ago)When looking to secure a tenancy we were not kept up to date or informed if our offers had been accepted or unsuccessful, after emails and calls not returned we went elsewhere and secured a property with all checks completed in 48 hours. Do not recommend
17th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Absolutely fantastic service from Matt from start to finish. He never felt like your typical estate agent—more like a friend who genuinely wanted to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he was always on hand whenever we needed him.<br><br>When our sale fell through, Matt was straight on the case and had another buyer lined up within days. Even the landlady we bought from commented on what a great estate agent he was and how refreshing it was to deal with someone so different from the norm.<br><br>Matt is professional, polite, and made the whole process feel stress-free because I always knew he had everything under control. There were no pushy sales tactics or commission-driven pressure—just a genuinely nice guy who really cares about helping people sell their homes.<br><br>10/10. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Matt to anyone, and I definitely wouldn't use anyone else again!

Steve was great at showing me properties and gave me some good advice. He knew what I was after and found the perfect property for me. Emma has helped me every step of the way and always dealt with emails promptly. It has been such a smooth process I will always recommend Lawson Rose to everyone I know.

15th Aug 2026 (8 days ago)The best Letting & Management Agency I came across. Entire staff is so responsive, accommodating and very helpful overall. Any maintenance issues reported were responded very quickly, I have had worst experiences with other Agencies out there (don't want to name them). During my move-out also, they were so accommodating in keys handover to issues raised in cleaning, etc. Overall, had a very good experience with them, I would any day refer them to anyone.

There were a few issues along the way but Tim kept us in the loop the whole time. 2 months later and we are loving our first home. A massive thank you to Tim and his team. Would highly recommend.
2nd Oct 2025 (10 mo. ago)Horrific Company! Dealing with this company for over three years was one of the worst and most frustrating experiences I have ever had. From pathological lies and miscommunication to the unprofessional attitude and mishandling of documentation alongside complete lack of respect or courtesy — if I could turn back time, I would have never gotten in touch with them. If you value your privacy and don’t want people entering your home whenever it suits them, stay far away. Their negligence, ongoing arrogance, and blatant disregard for the terms of a legal contract are unacceptable. Carrying out viewings without the legal tenant's consent and entering the property at their own discretion is an absurd! After the end of our tenancy, they made baseless allegations and attempted to claim money for issues that evidently existed prior to our move-in. Though they failed to follow basic industry procedures. Landlords shouldn’t place much trust in them either — their incompetence affects all parties involved.

He persuaded me to sell through fox and sons and has helped me whenever I’ve needed it during the sale. I cannot recommend him enough, he always seems happy and has a smile on his face and makes you feel so very important. Highly recommend Charlie to be the next Manager as he keeps the Southsea office going regardless!!
