18th Mar 2026 (0 days ago)From the word "go" Rachel was always available for any any questions. The viewings went without any problems and booking the viewings was straight forward and easy. At every stage of the selling process we were kept informed and the next part of the process explained. At times Rachel went out of her way to help when needed without asking. Rachel made the whole process of selling our house as easy and stressless as it could be. I would highly recommend this Estate agent to anyone considering selling their home. 5 star plus, well done and thank you.

Ali was extremely helpful throughout and really went above and beyond to make everything straightforward. He was always responsive to my requests, quick to provide updates, and made sure I felt informed and supported every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. I would highly recommend Kings Group Cheshunt, especially Ali, to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and friendly estate agent. Thank you again for such a great service!

Really nice lady took her time with us I felt no pressure just a nice experience viewing the flat.

From the very beginning, both Kardine & Bruvis were professional, approachable, and easy to deal with, which made what can often be a stressful process feel much more straightforward. Communication was clear throughout, and we always felt kept in the loop at every stage of the purchase. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The process was handled efficiently and with care, which gave us real confidence from start to finish. Overall, we felt well supported and looked after, and we would happily recommend Martyn Gerard to anyone looking to buy a home. A smooth, transparent, and reassuring experience all round.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

From start to finish, the whole process was incredibly smooth and stress-free.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout. A special thank you to Nick, who I dealt with directly. He was super helpful, friendly, and professional at every stage. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made sure everything moved along efficiently.<br><br>I can’t recommend Aubury and Finn enough if you’re looking to rent. A genuinely great experience from a reliable and supportive team.
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Absolutely horrible experience. Flat flooded with water, bedrooms and beds absolutely soaked in disgusting dirty water, estate agents told us to book hotels and we’d get compensation, never did though. Never gave us a single penny back. Also told us we had to pay full rent even though the flat was uninhabitable. Bodrul was the worst of it, kept promising that he’d get in touch with us about getting us some money back, then never did. AVOID AVOID AVOID, disgusting estate agents with no morals. See the photos attached for the condition they left us in. I had to get in touch with plumbers and workers myself to get it fixed, they did absolutely nothing to help fix the leak upstairs as they claimed it had been fixed, when it was just getting worse every day. One of the estate agents even came over to view the damage, stood in a pool of the dirty water and muttered “get me out of this dump” thinking I didn’t hear him. Absolutely vile. Edit in response to the comment below: Firstly, I find it laughable that you say you acted promptly and actually blatant lie that you attended the same day. I'm actually glad you've admitted about the report being on the 24th of April, as the video and some of the photos taken below (with the water STILL dripping down) were taken on the 29th of April. I wonder how that's possible since you acted so promptly! Don't insult me by saying that my statement is incorrect, the plumbers I contacted were Camden Council's own plumbers. I have the voice note and recordings to prove this, and again, further proof that was me who sorted out the repairs to the upstairs flat. It's absolutely disgusting that you're trying to call me a liar in this situation, as I have actual proof that the statement is true. In fact, you are lying here saying it was Camden Council who told us to book into hotels, it was one of your staff who told us when he came to the flat who told us to submit receipts about a hotel expense! How can you so confidently lie about the turn of events? You've lied about the day it was fixed (I have dated evidence to show it wasn't fixed promptly on the 24th), you lie about who I contacted to actually fix the issue since you wouldn't do it (I have voice notes speaking with Camden Council plumbers to prove this), and you now lie about telling us to book into hotels. You did not relay any information to me, nor did you ever actually admit what the outcome of the insurance claim was. We're yet to ever find out about that, and it's funny that you don't mention that in your response!

4th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)David Lovett from Duncan Perry recently sold my house for me in Potters Bar. Although market conditions were challenging, David always provided straight-forward and honest advice and achieved a good result in the end. I am currently living abroad and he was always very flexible to speak outside normal office hours to accommodate timezone issues. I would recommend Duncan Perry whatever your property requirements are!

He delivered the best deal for us as vendors in a challenging and competitive market.
21st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Anthony Lettings has been managing one of our rental properties in Hertford since 2016 when they took over from BlueTopp Lettings. The service has always ben excellent and the tenants have also been very good (no issues so far). Highly recommend as a landlord
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

He also put us onto an excellent solicitor who always kept us unto date with progress. Overall marketing of our property was good with Ariel views and good internal photos.
21st Feb 2026 (25 days ago)Honestly the best estate agents I’ve come across. Had so many experiences with different estate agents and they were very unhelpful and disappointing. Kai Davies from Target Property is so lovely. Very welcoming and polite. The process was so smooth because of him and his colleagues. Viewing completed, contracts signed and moved in within 2 weeks. So happy I went to them and forever grateful to Kai for the help and guidance. Definitely recommend this estate agents!
