Unhelpful Staff. This way or no way pretty much. Quite rude staff, here's a brief of the call I had. Rang the company to organise a viewing for a rental house. Was offered one day, two different time slots at 10am. Told the woman need to travel 2 - 3 hrs and asked to get a different time or day. Was told no. Asked for a virtual viewing, was told no.
