They know their market inside out, gave me a good valuation, arranged several viewings and we had an offer close to the asking price in only 3 weeks. Happy to recommend this company! (N.B. We have not yet completed as the Brecon property market has been very busy with longer waits than usual for surveyors and solicitors.)- This agent doesn't have any reviews

From the very beginning, Darren was professional, friendly and incredibly helpful, and everyone else I spoke to at Sunderlands was equally brilliant.<br><br>Our house sold after just three viewings, which we were absolutely delighted with! The whole process was made so much easier thanks to the communication, professionalism and support we received throughout.<br><br>A huge thank you to the whole Sunderlands team for helping us sell our home. We really couldn’t fault the service and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their house!
2nd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)m our first contact with your office we were impressed with the professional, relaxed approach we received from Adam who attended the address to do the valuation. He was attentive and knowledgeable. We then had dealings with Beth. Again from the onset we were pleased with her calm professional attitude. As we progressed through the process we encountered a number of issues and delays. We struggled with obtaining information from our solicitors, and there were a couple of times where we considered taking the property off the market as the process was becoming too onerous. However Beth stepped up and essentially took control of things. She has a knack of calming situations and allaying our concerns. If she was asked to do something she did in a quiet efficient manner providing us with timely updates and reassurance that things would get there in the end. She was friendly and supportive but remained professional throughout our contact with her. I can honestly say that without her guidance and support we would, in all reality, have removed our property from sale preventing us from retiring to the coast.- 26th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)I would highly recommend the team at McCartneys Brecon. They understand the local market, did a really professional job with the photos and video for the marketing, and regularly updated me on viewings and outcomes. Thanks to their excellent advice, we sold my Dad's property at the end of November 24. The team are friendly, professional and excellent at their job. There is no need to look elsewhere!

- 22nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We haven't actually bought a property through Richard Close at McCartneys in Llandrindod Wells, but we have dealt with him during our recent house search and have been incredibly impressed. He was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and genuinely helpful throughout, and by far the best estate agent we have dealt with over the course of many house moves. A real credit to McCartneys and the profession, and someone we would have no hesitation in recommending.

13th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)Unfortunately Halls did not live up to our expectations…over promising and under delivering proved apparent with inaccurate valuation, poor communication and we felt there was only interaction when we initiated it and although that proved helpful initially, it was short lived and the inactivity and lack of interaction continued… So very disappointed and we will now have to start the process again elsewhere…

The initial valuation was done in a professional manner and photography also progressed professionally. Very satisfied with the experience.

Carly was the agent we were dealing with, we could not recommend her high enough, she went above and beyond her duties particularly for us. Carly’s communication was excellent and dealt with a not too easy sale on our part. We will always be grateful to Carly for her hard work perseverance and dedication. If we sell again will definitely be using this estate agent.
