3rd May 2026 (6 days ago)We recently closed on my old house and I was so impressed with Charlotte and Ben and everything they did to help push it through. We had some issues with a third party but Charlotte was chasing constantly and advising me of her progress. It was a hard slog but we got there in the end and I am so appreciative. Thank you both so much!! I would 100% recommend.
17th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)One of the reason I choose Tiger sales ,was they would do the viewings ,I had a few viewings and did them myself .I sent an e mail regarding this ,but the response quoted ,Tiger sales was under no obligation to do viewings , my E mail was replied to ,then quickly dismissed ,as an out of office ,and Tiger would reply if required ,A couple of the female sales people ,when I asked a question regarding my property ,I was told the solicitor ,would do this ,as if they could not be bothered ,helping me ,,so overall I wish I had stayed with my previous estate agent ,who were less expensive than Tiger sales ,I Paid extra hoping for a better service ,which did not happen

15th Apr 2026 (24 days ago)I had a really positive experience renting my home through this estate agency. From start to finish, the team were professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Jane, Maureen, and Pete, who all went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free. Jane was incredibly organised and always quick to respond to any questions, Maureen was warm and reassuring throughout, and Pete was especially helpful in making sure everything was in great shape before I moved in. Overall, I’d highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent — a friendly, efficient, and trustworthy team.
16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Roberts&Co were very friendly, however they talk a far superior game to the one they play. Proper screening of people to view as well as collation of post viewing feedback was poor to non existing. They were unable to advise on anything to help improve the chances of attracting viewers other than moving photos about on the listing or reducing the price. Very reactive and not pro-active. Had to pay £480 to exit the contract early even though they admitted they have underperformed for us.

She was professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process, making everything smooth and stress-free. However, the property itself was not as clean as expected upon moving in, and it took some time and effort to get it to a comfortable standard. Overall, I appreciate Cathy’s excellent service and support, but I hope more attention is given to property cleanliness in the future.- 21st Apr 2026 (18 days ago)Emily and her team certainly outshine their rivals- Ben Rose Estates regarding communication, efficiency and attention to detail. Their valuations appear realistic and they describe their properties with accuracy. The gentleman who did 2 of the viewings was polite, informative and clearly had experience. He offered impartialed and practical advice, which I have never received. Unfortunately, the properties I viewed did not meet my needs as I would have preferred to give Entwistle Green the custom! A company that puts 'the customer' at its heart!

The staff at Entwistle Green who I dealt with, Maria, Ben and Martin were so helpful and supportive at an emotional time, and always were quick to return my calls and update me on the progress of the sale. A buyer was found within a couple of weeks though the sale was prolonged largely due to issues with the in house solicitors. I would be happy to use Entwistle Green again but maybe choose my own solicitors.

There were a couple of teething snags however Nicola remained calm and steered my application through and got me into the perfect flat where i can begin my new life with my daughter. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!

As a landlord, things can get stressful, but Fatima made the whole journey feel easy from day one. I bought the property through her, and she didn’t just stop there, she helped manage the refurbishment, kept me updated throughout, and made sure everything was done properly. Once it was ready, she found a tenant quickly and handled all the letting side without any hassle on my end. What I really appreciated was how hands on and reliable she was. I felt like everything was genuinely taken care of, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a smooth, end-to-end service.

Sharon was lovely on valuing our house, photographing, measuring etc. Ruby then took over handling most of the viewing arrangements and dealing with our sale, she was proactive at chasing follow ups and kept in contact with us regularly. We accepted an offer and completed our sale super quickly (within 4 weeks!) with Taylforths help - we can’t thank them enough, 5* service!

They generated lots of interest in the property which was sold on the first day of sale. There were thorough checks to onboard the property and the staff kept us informed of every development. 100% recommend.
