8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)Really happy with the service from Anthony and Danielle at Kingswood. I was buying a property through them and, even though I wasn’t their main client, they were both really helpful and kept me updated throughout the whole process.

They were always easy to deal with, quick to respond and did a great job keeping everything moving. I really appreciate how much they helped and kept me in the loop, especially as buying a property can be pretty stressful.

Thanks again for all your help!
12th Jul 2026 (15 weeks ago)We have had this company running the house next door and all we have had is trouble. Parties from one set and the new ones leave their kids on there own all the time. Cause criminal damage and these lot do nothing about it. Absolutely shocking company. Allowing rats to come from the house next door. Absolute sham

Roberts & Co Sales and Lettings - Penwortham
36e Liverpool Road, Penwortham, Preston, PR1 0DQ(108 reviews)
23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)We finally sold our bungalow through Roberts and Co today. The team did an excellent job finding us a buyer after our first sale fell through and handled the offer negotiation with professionalism and speed. The sales progression was a little hampered by a poor service from the buyers solicitors but we got there in the end. Well done the team at Roberts and Co.
16th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)When I went into the Entwistle Green Preston branch looking for a property to rent in the area, Emily was extremely helpful and informative. As someone who hasn’t lived in the area before, she gave me great advice on the best places to live and what would be most suitable for me.
Emily was always quick to respond to any questions I had and kept me updated throughout the process, including calling me whenever plans with landlords changed. She was friendly, professional and very helpful throughout my property search.
I would definitely recommend Entwhistle to anyone looking to rent in the Preston area. Thanks for all your help.

Couldn't recommend enough!- 30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Ben was brilliant from start to finish when buying my first house. He was very professional and attentive to any questions I had. He is a credit to Entwistle Green.
27th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!
6th Dec 2021 (4 years ago)We purchased our new home from Stonehouse recently and the service was brilliant. Annie was fantastic and replied to every email with a worthwhile response within minutes of receiving it. Thank you guys!
14th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Only agent who admitted the location of my property more important in valuation terms than the house so recommended an “offers over” approach due the uncertainty

From start to finish, the whole process of renting our home was smooth, professional, and stress-free.

A special thank you to Mark and Umar, who went above and beyond to help with everything. They are incredibly knowledgeable, always available to answer questions, and gave excellent advice throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail made us feel confident and supported every step of the way.

If you’re looking for an estate agency that genuinely cares about its clients and delivers outstanding service, look no further.
