Two sets of people who couldn’t afford the rent were put forward not several as Nikki stated. And as my 22 years of being a landlord my experience and long term rental objectives were completely ignored they said my decision went against their co ethos I am running a property business which has nothing to do with character or custom which if you didn’t know what ethos means. So they took my three bed off the market without any explanation or communication like a child throwing its toys out of a pram. Didn’t give me any feedback about viewings either none and I know for a fact they lied about the availability of the house to an applicant. Never darken my door again don’t use this team just an awful experience. They are also very fond of sending what are clearly templated replies to your emails.... Read more
