I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
10th May 2021 (5 years ago)Appalling experience, don't use these agents. No due diligence, no clear information, no urgency in anything they do. I've gone with other agents now having wasted 4 months on what should have been a straightforward no chain sale.

They have been patient, and the right amount of flexible yet forceful when needed. They are also fantastic communicators. We got lots of updates when we were on the market and they were super proactive with getting us viewings. Particularly compared to other estate agents we have been with before. Once we were in the process of selling the support didn't stop, it was truly brilliant. He was prompt, efficient and professional in arranging this on the same day and placed it on Rightmove the next day. Ben was not able to secure a tenant as he was beaten by the existing agency, who had the property on before Andrews. I was disappointed it wasn't Ben as we got on really well and I had alot of faith in his endeavours...he also offered a better rate. I have said that I would definitely spread the word of his great service to people I know who are looking for tenants and will also make him my first port of call for my next tenancy
