First off I fell for the “we have buyers wanting properties like yours”. They never materialised. Secondly when we asked for feedback on the few viewings we had we were told they couldn’t be contacted. I think all they did was stick it on Right Move and that was that. On occasions we walked down the high street we noticed the property wasn’t in the window. Lastly the phones at times were not working, not getting answered, not good if you are wanting to arrange a viewing. I would not recommend John Francis to any one.... Read more

We had no clue they were advertising our property they did so WITHOUT our permission. They dropped prices over a few weekends and gave the impression there was a problem but, the fact we sold it privately within days of making it available elsewhere only goes to show their lack of scruples....
