10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)I didn't have a good experience booking a viewing with Burchell Edwards (Belper). Once you're not interested in using their mortgage advisor, they come up with various excuses not to allow you to view the property. Going forward I will avoid looking at any houses they advertise.
3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)This is the first time I've rented a place on my own I had no idea what I was doing...bit daunting if I'm honest....booked my viewing and was met by the lovely Alexandra from Beeston branch. She made me feel instantly at ease and explained everything to me and made this whole process a dream!! She's been amazing the whole way and I got my keys today (3rd Feb 2026) would highly recommend based on the service I received and I know if I have any worries or need to ask anything I'll be looked after.

Communication was clear and efficient from start to finish, and arranging access was very straightforward, thanks to Marie for coordinating everything so smoothly. Pete, who attended, replaced the dripping tap with a new one and was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard. Very happy with the service overall, highly recommend!

13th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)I’m had many issues and delays with my transaction (delays created further up the chain) but Freckleton Brown were excellent in helping move things along and keeping me updated, especially Donna who was incredibly efficient and a pleasure to deal with.
1st Mar 2026 (17 days ago)Billy was prompt & on time for our viewing, he showed us round the property at ease with no rushing. He answered all the questions we put to him. Billy was polite & very helpful. Since putting an offer in on the property we viewed he has been so productive and fast with every email I have sent. He now has passed us on to do the next step of the purchase, would recommend Watsons. Thank you Billy.
17th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Recently sold a property with these, I honestly can’t recommend them enough . From the initial valuation right up until the day of the sale the whole team were amazing. The team kept in contact effectively and aired their opinions on proceedings and offer advice to aid with the sale. All questions I had (no matter how stupid) were answered in a friendly professional manner. All viewings on the property were booked and handled by the team and feedback was honest and delivered in a timely manner. Not once was I pressured or hassled into using any of their services but was advised of the services they offered . All the team seemed to be in the loop of the progression so was able to responded to all queries no matter the day I contacted them. 100% these guys would be my first port of call if I was to sell a property again in future.

THEN CAME JMS ... ((WOW)) What a diamond find, excellent service, superb knowledge, wonderful personalities, tremendous communication skills and MOST IMPORTANTLY ...a WE can do approach. None of this you'll have to do that we have someone who can do that THEY JUST DID. 10th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)Initially we decided to use Leaders because of the enthusiasm of Lisa, who came out to do the appraisal. Once we had a buyer, the negotiation on price started. We advised Chloe of our minimum selling price, adding 'this is just between us'. Less than five minutes later, she came back to us, sounding pleased with herself and advising that the buyer would meet our minimum selling price. There didn't seem to have been much negotiation in those few short minutes. Maybe we should have made it clear that the minimum was just that; a minimum, not the price we wanted to sell at. Yvonne was our sales progressor and we were not impressed with her lack of contact. A couple of times we gave her information but got no reply to our emails. We were in contact with our solicitor regularly and Yvonne did chase information from the solicitor on one occasion that we had already been given by them. Overall, the sale went through very smoothly and quickly but we think that was more to do with our solicitor being very proactive and our contact and chasing of them. We have sold a number of properties over the years and Leaders sits somewhere in the middle of the agents we have used.

My situation hasn’t been the easiest, as this is my first time renting a property on my own, and ensuring I have a safe, secure home for my children is absolutely vital. Naturally, that comes with a lot of pressure and uncertainty, but Keaton has consistently put my mind at ease. His support has made a real difference to my day-to-day peace of mind. He has gone above and beyond at every stage, offering reassurance, clear guidance, and prompt assistance whenever required. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and reliable.
