We gave these agents a try but a waste of time - had no knowledge of the local area and used a remote "viewing agent" to oversee viewings who really didn't know the property and certainly not the area. Communication was all one way - from us and unless we asked we heard nothing. When we did speak it all just seemed like typical "sales patter". We will stick to traditional agents in the future.... Debbie and Debbie that work here are fantastic, they have communicated so well and explained everything to full understanding. The house in price range ended up changing my mind due to the garden and the kitchen and me not feeling entirely happy with them. However, these can be changed but when looking in the area I decided this was not ideal for me. If I had met Debbie and Debie at a different area I think I would have followed to completion as they made the process very easy. Thankyou and good luck to everyone in their new home.... Read more
