My experience as a chain free buyer keen to purchase a property they are marketing; - Agent didn't show up to the first viewing booked, with zero apology for miss communication their end. - Late to subsequential viewing and had to wait to him to faff around getting the keys out of the key box in the pouring rain. - No follow up call after viewings, I had to call them to book in a second viewing after waiting to see if they would call for over a week. - Once sale was agreed, I have contacted them several times to ask questions re the property / sale details and they have ignored all emails.
