Ben Rivett was an invaluable source of advice, both at the planning and valuation stages. The quality of his recommendations helped us readily achieve a very good sale. Natalie Howlett- Clarke handled the negotiation and completion stages with great professionalism. Her communication and responsiveness were first rate. Moreover, I really enjoyed working with Ben and Natalie for their friendliness, honesty and good humour, as well as for their high level of professional capability.
30th Sep 2026 (27 days ago)Our experience of buying our new home through Abbotts was extremely disappointing.<br><br>Communication throughout the process was very poor. It was often impossible to get through by telephone, leaving us listening to music for long periods, and when we did have the option to leave a message, our calls were not returned. Emails were also regularly left unanswered, which made the whole process far more stressful than it needed to be.<br><br>On our second viewing, we were expecting to meet someone at the property, but nobody turned up. We were left waiting and had no communication or explanation as to why nobody was there.<br><br>We even had to contact the Norwich branch ourselves and ask them to get in touch with the relevant office to arrange this.<br><br>Buying a home should be an exciting and memorable experience, but unfortunately our experience with Abbotts was made unnecessarily stressful by the lack of communication and organisation.<br><br>We are very happy with our new home, but sadly we cannot say the same about our experience with Abbotts. Based on our experience, we would not use them again or recommend them.

I was updated at all times & nothing was too much trouble for them. I was very grateful for their caring support & guidance during a difficult time in my life.

From accurate market knowledge and sensible price strategy we sold relatively quickly at the price we wanted , information on potential clients, viewings and best options for purchase were clearly explained and advised on, following sale agreement, the process was then followed up with excellent support and regular updates . Excellent service from start to finish. Thanks again

20th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We couldn’t recommend Stobart & Hurrell highly enough after they handled the sale of our home.<br><br>Having lived there for over 11 years, selling the house and moving on was a huge step for us as a family, and from the very beginning the team were fantastic. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, always there when we needed them.<br><br>The whole process was handled brilliantly. Communication was excellent throughout, we were kept informed at every stage, and whenever the inevitable stresses of moving house cropped up, we always felt we had someone on our side helping to keep things moving.<br><br>What really stood out was the personal service. From our first contact & meeting with Fin, who is a credit to the team, never have I met such an enthusiastic and personable representative of an estate agency.<br><br>I also want to thank Oli & Zak, always there, whenever needed.<br><br>We never felt like just another house on the market, they genuinely cared about the sale and about getting us to the finish line.<br><br>After 11 very happy years in our home, it was quite emotional handing over the keys and closing that chapter, but we couldn’t have asked for a better team to help us do it.<br><br>A huge thank you to everyone at Stobart & Hurrell. An absolutely first class local estate agent and one we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.<br><br>Thank you.

22nd Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)I have contacted a person called Tom parish at Savills in regards to getting a valuation for a piece of land. Advising they would look at it! Waited for several weeks,slept getting fobbed off! My circumstances had changed so needed valuation with urgent but still very casual about things! No communication whatsoever!!!!:Thought this was a reputable company???? Would not recommend what so ever!!!!!
