4th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)Lots of promises and good advice at initial face to face meeting. They got me to drop the price quite early on. Two viewings in 7 months. I was supposed to have a phone call with them last week and had an appointment time booked. No phone call but a generic email. At the start they suggested I have new stair carpet and flooring in some rooms . I had new bathroom, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, landing and stair carpet put down. They took the house of the market without telling me. The sign was taken from the front of my house. I checked online and they had pulled the house of the market. Almost quite childish? I think it was a poor set of photos and description having reviewed my experience. They stated partially double glazed when I had every window replaced to double glazed. Just odd things that they didn't mention. I am not sure if they know the area and market that well as it is a good location. The house market is always difficult through the winter months but putting that aside , the company just don't communicate at all. I started to look at other options for selling as you just don't hear from them. I think the last promised phone call was my clear signal that as something needed to change. Their poor practice made the decision for me. I will express that the guy that saw me on the first visit to discuss selling was very good. Talks a good talk.

1st Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

16th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)SBK have been excellent throughout. Andrew and Andy (even making their names easy) have been super; giving clear guidance, efficient processes and keen attention. Within a week we had photos and floor plan completed and the following week over 10 viewings and an offer within two days. We have been particularly impressed with clear and prompt communications and found the online Street App very easy to use. Everyone at SBK have been friendly and positive and helpful. Thank you
29th Nov 2019 (6 years ago)I have recently sold my house with Elite Residential and I can recommend their services to anyone. The two representatives Linda and Phil, were truly excellent. An Open day was arranged at the earliest opportunity, which turned out to be a Saturday. We had 10 viewers, which led to 3 offers, with one being accepted. Thereafter I was kept informed of what was going on, and the process went smoothly until completion which took just over 6 weeks. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use them again.

The team was professional, friendly, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent, and they were always available to answer questions and provide updates. Their knowledge of the local market helped us achieve a successful sale, and they made what can often be a stressful process feel much smoother and more manageable. They did for me what 2 other main stream estate agents failed in Leamington. I sell with many agents in many towns and what i experienced with this agent is the extra mile they go for you that not many agents will do. They see the sale through to the day of completion personally and liase continuously with both party solicitors to ensure productively at all times. I definitely would recommend this agent to anyone who is looking to sell in Leamington and surrounding areas, and i certainly have already recommended them to my friends and family. You will not be disappointed!
