From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Carter & King have been very professional and helpful to us throughout the process. Their team all seems to know what is going on and can help with any enquiry, but they didn’t tell us when to expect to hear from them and kept us waiting a few days, so we were chasing for updates.
