8th Feb 2026 (21 weeks ago)I felt the agent had a lack of knowledge and understanding of our local area, and was too focused on metrics rather than seeing the advantages of our particular property over some of the other properties around us. I felt there was too much pressure being put on us to drop our asking price after only a few weeks in.
1st Apr 2022 (4 years ago)Despite having it in writing that the Landlord had decided not to proceed with the tenancy, we had issues with getting our holding deposit back. It took for me to ask for legal proof of withholding payment, and even then, we was still charged for fees and only given a partial refund! - Personally, as a customer looking to rent, WE ARE AVOIDING Priory Park Properties based in Redhill

He made everything so easy, and nothing was and still is not to much trouble. 27th May 2024 (2 years ago)I was grateful that they found a buyer fairly quickly but a little disappointed that communication wasn't the best. Their knowledge of the property market is remarkable, and if it could be said, 'They're in the business so they should be good', yes, but it's great to get 'Oscar' performances. Moreover, if using that old one liner, 'They go the extra mile', not a few of us suggest that mile plus. (Thank you RJ for also being such fun).

Jo wasn't our agent ( we were buyers ) so we were on the other side of the chain, but from the day she showed us around the house till completion day she's been on fire. Sometimes taking a simple information from solicitors took a life and a half and Jo was chasing each side like mad hatter. Whenever I needed an update or wasn't sure with something she's been on the other side from Monday till Sunday. Very patient with us first time buyers. Explained everything, always with details and even after completion she continuesly been there for us. I was feeling cared for although she wasn't even our agent. I am truly sad it's over and I won't have a laugh with this woman anymore ???? Love her sense of humour!!! All the team were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There was always an update email or call about viewings and we were kept in the loop the whole time. The process was made easy and we would definitely use them again if we ever move!

3rd Jun 2026 (5 weeks ago)Ben put through a circular through the letterbox about offering an appraisal on my rental property. He was prompt, efficient and professional in arranging this on the same day and placed it on Rightmove the next day. Ben was not able to secure a tenant as he was beaten by the existing agency, who had the property on before Andrews. I was disappointed it wasn't Ben as we got on really well and I had alot of faith in his endeavours...he also offered a better rate. I have said that I would definitely spread the word of his great service to people I know who are looking for tenants and will also make him my first port of call for my next tenancy

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
