I mainly dealt with Ellen and Pollyanna, and they were both absolutely brilliant to deal with. Ellen carried out all three of our viewings and was always so friendly, helpful and approachable. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The communication from both ladies was excellent throughout, and they always kept us updated and made the whole process feel as smooth as possible.
