Davies & Way have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. The whole team - Steve, Ellen, Polly and Jo - are all super knowledgable, proactive, friendly and understanding. Steve took incredible photos of our home leading to multiple offers in a short period of time. Jo is amazing with viewings - so passionate. Ellen and Polly have just been absolutely fab - thank you for putting up with all my questions!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Davies & Way - the house we're buying was also through another D&W branch and they were equally great.

The Saltford team were great from start to finish. Ellen and Polly in particular were brilliant and made our first-time buying experience really straightforward. They were always quick to respond, helpful with every question, and offered guidance that really went above and beyond. Despite some delays with our solicitors, they did everything they could to keep things moving. Would definitely recommend!!!

Extremely disappointing experience. From the start, they couldn’t even spell my name correctly — despite it being clearly written in every email. Speaking of emails, don’t expect much. They consistently ignored my questions, often avoiding the point entirely or responding with vague, meaningless replies like “No problem” — to two separate questions, neither of which were actually answered.
Communication is clearly not a priority here. No check-ins, no follow-ups, and a general lack of care. They even tried to arrange viewings for people who aren’t even on the market. It honestly feels like they’re not paying attention at all.
If you’re looking for a responsive, detail-oriented estate agent, I’d recommend going elsewhere.
Stuck with these lot until 16th July (can't come quick enough)

From our first meeting with Stephen Morris and Steve Bale, we have been delighted with the professionalism and efficiency of the staff in the Saltford branch. Without exception, the staff have been friendly, helpful and efficient. When there have been tricky stages to deal with, staff have been proactive and thoughtful in how best to handle things. Several people deserve special mention: Steve Bale for preparing much of the excellent publicity material and securing the sale and Polly and Ella who handled the communication, always upbeat, cheerful, friendly, patient, understanding and reliable.
The sale process was very smooth, largely because of how this team has worked for us.

We used Davies & Way (Saltford) to sell our property and they also marketed our purchase.
The team were brilliant from start to finish. The valuation was accurate, the viewings are delivered with care and enthusiasm and, most importantly, the communication throughout the whole process was superb.
If it wasn't for the fact they helped us find our forever home, I'd absolutely use them again!

All the staff at the Saltford branch at Davies & Way have been absolutely brilliant through our process of selling my deceased Mother-in-Law's house. Nigel and Polly kept us up-to-date with all viewings etc and have been really helpful with providing us with the information we needed throughout the process.

We recommend the team at Davis & Way Saltford without reservation, Nigel, Polly and the team are by far the best in the region having recently conducted a very complicated sale of two properties into one for us. Unfortunately the house we were buying wasn’t with them and this highlighted how poor the service is from other agents in the area. Great communication, friendly service and professional throughout the whole process. We would never go anywhere else.

Following a very frustrating and disappointing 6 months on the market with a local estate agent, an acquaintance suggested we go to Davies & Way. So, we did.
What a difference! Right from the start we were impressed. Nigel was professional, knowledgeable and friendly; and following his visit we actually felt optimistic. … It was a good feeling which we hadn’t had for a while!
Charlotte (who, by the way, is a gem) showed a potential buyer around 2 days after our house went up for sale, and it sold !!!!

Where to start..I would thoroughly recommend this agent. An excellent service throughout. Our sale went on a long while but the agent kept on top of the chain, contacting soliciyors and other agents and moving things along where necessary. All the staff at Davies and Way are friendly, patient, discrete and caring as well as professional in their approach. I real felt they did their best to see things through for me. I would particularly like to thank Pollyanna who was super efficient at getting things moving and finalised and went out of her way to ensure the chain completed in time for the deadline.
